As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect but she made the process so easy from explaining how everything would work during our first meeting to keeping in constant contact with us throughout the search and inspection/closing process. We were looking for a home in the Regent Square/Point Breeze area and even though Mary Ann had limited experience in the area we were looking in, she quickly became familiar and was eager to learn more to ensure she could help us out as much as possible! Mary Ann was very flexible with her schedule and was always available to show us homes when we found one we were interested in. Once we were ready to put in an offer she helped to make the entire process super easy for us and made sure we new exactly what we needed to do and when. I would recommend Mary Ann to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas!
