She gave us excellent feed back once we had a contract on the house and had us ready for any issues that the buyers might have concerns about and always lessoned to my responses to those concerns and how I want them handled. She never once told me or made me feel like I was to demanding or unworkable with the buyers. If I ever have the privilege of referring Mary for a sale or even a purchase I'd give her a great report and recommendation. She is very pleasant and caring to her clients.
