She is professional, makes pertinent suggestions, provides helpful recommendations, and pays attention to details. She made us feel we were her only clients when we certainly knew that we were not! Mary purchased a needed part for the new dishwasher's installation so that said installation could be completed prior to closing. As out-of-town sellers, Mary (as well as her husband Jim Caserta) kept my husband and me informed of progress toward closing and conveyed buyers' questions.
