I have known Mary Catherine Butcherine for over 20 years and I know her work ethic,her compassion for doing her job to the best of her ability, going above and beyond what most people will. She listens and understands her clients needs when your explaining that to her & she is on top of that-sometimes she's ahead of you because she has come to know you so well. Her promtness to return calls, get paperwork completed, to get appointments set as well all aspects of her job is amazing! Mary Catherine's smile & confidence are the first thing you notice about her, and that puts you at ease with her. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a Realtor. As I explained above Mary Catherine Butcherine is an excellent Realtor in all ascepts of her job. She handles everything in a very professional manner and knows what she's explaining to her clients. She's very confidedent in that and if for some reason she doesn't have the answer for you, she will find out in a timely manner. She is a great assest to your company. I believe I have incorporated all the above characteristic's in my previous comments. As I explained before Mary Catherine Butcherine has all these characteristics. I have found that you rarely find that in one person-but she is the exception to that.

Mary Catherine was extremely helpful and very responsive. Anything I needed she was on top of it! In this crazy market I was able to get the second house I looked at in the perfect location for work. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
