Mary Dunphy was a true professional when it came to real estate valuation, marketing and negotiating. She also has a very caring and thoughtful way about her that made selling our deceased father's house less difficult. She was also able to navigate the complexities that come with selling a house where 4 siblings are equally involved with the property. She worked tirelessly, going above and beyond to making sure all of us were informed every step of the way. Mary also made sure the house was in proper condition for sale. She guided us to understand what was important for a buyer so we were able to carefully manage the repair budget. Mary Dunphy did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a real estate broker.

Seller review

Selling a home can be a very stressful process. Buyers are unreasonable and have a kind of, "I'm getting mine" attitude. Home inspectors and buyer's lawyers only exacerbate the process. My agent, Mary Dunphy helped me navigate these rough waters and in the end I got what I expected. That would not have happened with out Mary's professional skills and service.
