Gretchen kept us continually aware of units available, and when the time was right, negotiated with the owner of one which matched our needs. Gretchen was especially creative in arranging for a lease-to-buy that ensured we got what we were looking for. She handled all the paperwork expertly. There were speed bumps in our Pittsburgh sale and Media purchase (none of them the fault of the real estate agents in either place). Gretchen smoothed them over expertly. Gretchen has a tremendous amount of energy, apparently loves her chosen career, and will work very hard to get you the kind of living quarters you need.
