I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I am here for you through the buying or selling process from the day we meet to the closing table and I always hope that we will NOT just be clients, BUT Friends. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Seller reviewMary was very attentive to our needs and attempted to line up many potential buyers to see our house. She accomplished selling our property in Underwood ND which we honestly did not think was possible. She was extremely conscientious of our needs; very kind; and always extremely helpful. She always responded to our inquiries promptly; within minutes and often within seconds. Everything went extremely smoothly which I contribute to Mary keeping the communication open between the buyers and my husband and I. She was always prompt to get messages back and forth. She is a truly hard working and conscientious agent! I will highly recommend Mary to anyone I know looking for an agent in the Bismarck area!

Seller reviewMary was the perfect realtor for this property, coming up with exactly the right buyers who I think will be happy with their purchase. Maybe it was all fortuitous, but we were very satisfied with her work. I think what drew us to her was her enthusiasm and kindness. One other realtor that we interviewed was probably far more experienced and knowledgeable, but she was a bit cynical. Mary probably got us a better price with her enthusiasm. I would strongly recommend her to future customers.

She was available to show properties around our schedule, meeting us at night and on the weekends for showings. Mary Ohlhauser was willing to weed through all of the complicated issues I didn't know about such as flood insurance, setting up home inspections and helping through the lending process as much as she could. It was a real pleasure working with her not only to find a new home but also listing our house. I feel she went above and beyond to create a listing description that captured what we thought was important and what would help it get viewed. She put together open houses herself and another agent, Kristina Schwab helped with an open house as well. In the end the home sold by another agent from C21M and it was just a real positive experience for me. If and when we sell our house we will make sure to call Century 21 first and hopefully get to work with Mary again!
