Mary is amazing! She's the best agent and/or salesperson I have ever dealt with in any capacity, real estate or otherwise. My wife and I were truly impressed! She is extremely prompt with her replies, and goes out of her way to ensure every detail about the transaction is covered. I would never want to work with another agent in the Charleston area after working with Mary because I know it would be impossible for them to even come close to meeting the bar that Mary has set. Second-to-none. Phenomenal agent.

Mary's excellent knowledge of the entire Charleston/Summerville/ Mt. Pleasant was extremely helpful to my wife and I. As out of state home buyers we had to rely on her the whole way. We were selling our home remotely due to a military transfer which resulted in renting it out for a few years while waiting for the market to bounce back. I signed up for the Navy Federal Realty Plus program and Mary Riley proactively contacted me herself over the phone within a few days. She came across as very educated about the local market and highly dedicated to the sale of our house. She patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Mary was in constant communication with me from the start through closing and everywhere in between. She wrote a wonderful description in the MLS that resulted in a high level of hits, which she tracked. To help us with making an informed decision regarding pricing our house and negotiation, Mary provided us with a working spreadsheet that listed what we would potentially be responsible for and what the outcome might be. She also utilized current technology for all of the contracts and forms that hastened the process. I really appreciated that. I know she had other clients during from listing to closing, but with the fast timeliness of her responses (if I had to leave a message, send a text or email), she made it appear like the sale of my house was her number one priority. I was very impressed at the speed in which the house sold once the tenants moved out. We had a contract in less than a week of that occurring. I know it would have sold sooner if the tenants had made the house presentable for showings, but that was not due to a lack of Mary Riley's part because she was in constant communication with them as well. My husband and I shared our sales experience with several friends who had to sell their homes remotely and they all told us their sales process did not go as quickly or as smoothly as ours did. I'm glad we went with Mary Riley.
