I am grateful to have had her expertise and knowledge on this purchase. Mary had me on a "drip" and I was getting the listings, scarce as they were, quick. I had gone by to look at exterior of my property just hours after being listed and was enchanted with the neighborhood. We got into the house almost immediately, I had texted her that night, late, 'I want this property". The negotiation had us competing with 4 other offers, and because of Mary's keen insight, I am writing this review from my new, perfect home. The documentation and close was seamless.
