I grew up in Southwest Michigan. I am married and have three sons. My family has lived in various states such as Nebraska, Iowa and Indiana. We lived in Alaska for 10 years. All of this brought me full circle back to St. Joseph County. I love to travel, read, visit museums and spend time with family and friends. My new found adventure is kayaking. I also devote my time volunteering for the Constantine Athletic Boosters. I love the St Joseph County area because it has numerous educational opportunities, lakes, rivers and community involvement, yet this area maintains that small town atmosphere. Buyer reviewI had spoke to Mary about things I should do to get myself ready for buying a home about a year prior, she sent me in the right direction and followed up with me on how the journey was going, and reached out to me when she saw a house she knew I would love, well I purchased that house last week with her by my side! My life changed last week and that has a lot to do with Mary, from listening to being my support I could not of asked for anything or anyone more, if you want someone to jump thru all the hoops with you Mary is the one! Buyer reviewMary Schrock did a great job with extenuating circumstances of my purchase. She was polite and patient. She always "went to bat" for me and the purchase of this home. She handled outside contacts (bank, appraiser etc.) to the best of her ability to keep them on track, while maintaining a professional attitude. She did not allow even the smallest item go unattended. Mary is detail oriented, and had my best interest in mind. She went the extra mile with showing me the house multiple times to family and for measuring rooms etc. I will absolutely recommend her!

Buyer reviewHaving never bought a home before, it's nerve racking not knowing how it works. Finding Mary was like finding gold in a cave. She was very forth coming on any information I'd ask for and gave it to me straight and never left me in the dark. She was there for me and my family whenever we needed her, day or night. I never felt out of place or silly when I know I asked some crazy questions. But she was always there to answer and never judged me or made me feel silly. I loved having Mary on my side and working with us when finding a home. Even when I felt like we would never find one she was always telling me we would and to keep positive and we did! This may be Mary's job professionally but she's become a friend to us and I will always be grateful for everything she's done in helping us find our dream home! If ever I hear someone looking for a house I will always recommend Mary Schrock.
