When the buyer wanted things fixed from the inspection Matt had two different companies at my house the next day working on what needed to be fixed. He took the stress / pressure off of me to find someone and get them there to do the work. I really appreciated his help with that part of the process. He was always quick to respond if I had questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Matt is not only a great realtor, he's a genuine person.
