Matt Rittof from Century 21 was very helpful in the sale of my home as well as previous Rental of the property for 3 years. He explained things well in an understandable matter and answered all of my questions since I had never been a landlord or sold a home before. He was always so friendly and responded to calls or texts timely. The process of obtaining new renters each year and then the sale of the home went very smoothly and seamless due to Matt's assistance. He was awesome and I would definitely recommend him to others!

I can't say enough about Matt Rittof in helping me sell my house. He was there for me when needed with assurances making sure that I would get through the process without having a nervous breakdown. In spite of my anxieties, Matt was there for me through texting, phone calls, and emails. I never got the impression that I was a pest, nuisance, or contacting him too much.
