Matt was not a high pressure salesperson; presented his opinion of our property and his past history of sales success and his marketing plan for our property (much appreciated). Matt truly new the marketplace for a property like ours. Matt exhibited confidence in his ability to sell our property for a price he calculated which was significantly above what three other Realtors had suggested. We felt confident that Matt had integrity and we trusted what he told us. We also had researched his backgrouind of accomplishments in the Lansing, Mi. area which indicated he was above average in his involvement and success within the real estate business. Matt's use of a professional photographer to present our property was very beneficial. Matt had all the advertising in place before the our property was listed to the public. Matt kept us up todate on the progress of the contract and was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience. Within a week of listing, Matt presented us multiple, non-contingent offers for our property one of which we accepted.We closed about one month later. Closing went very smoothly. We are completely satisfied with our selection of Matt Robertson to market and sell our property and would highly recommend him for real estate contracts in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. Matt really understands the real estate market.
