I didn't know anything about Matt but went with the recommendation of a family member and he was ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! He took care of everything in my absence while I was across the country. He was always responsive to my texts and calls and went above and beyond his role to help me in the sale process. It felt like he was a family member working on my behalf.
