Seller reviewWhen I think of words to describe Matt, these come to mind: honest, diligent, professional, patient, motivated, thoughtful, and thorough. He takes his role as agent seriously and offers incredible value. In my case, my cabin was listed for a week on Zillow prior to calling him. Within a week of hiring Matt we had three showings. Within two weeks I had an offer on the table that far exceeded my original listing price with very happy buyers. If you are buying or selling a house in central Michigan, call Matt Lauckner first. When the ink has dried and keys change hands you will be glad that you did.

Matt knew we wouldn't settle for anything less then what we wanted, and he never gave up on us while we were searching for houses we liked. We looked at a house a year before we bought the one we are in, and matt was still our agent. He was very dedicated and went beyond all expectations.

Buyer reviewWe met Matt when we drove up to White House to get some literature on what was available. Matt happened to be outside and was leaving as they were closed. He opened up and got us the information we needed, Matt immediately was helpful and polite without being pushy. He allowed the relationship to grow at our pace as we were not sure what exactly we wanted, and in what price range. Matt was always ready to help along the way, showing us a variety of places, as we figured out what was right for us. When we found what we wanted, Matt helped us through the negotiations. After purchase Matt continued to be helpful with a repair and evaluating the market for our existing cottage even though he knew we did not plan to sell anytime soon. I'd highly recommend Matt--he clearly went beyond expectations!
