Attended an open house Matt was hosting. After the deal was sealed, Matt topped-off his customer appreciation by donating a significant part of his commission to a charity of our choice ..... this was much more appreciated than a coffee cup with his picture on it. We were newcomers to Columbia having moved from Illinois.
