Seller reviewWhile Matthew had been recommended, he had to earn the listing of my house. At our first meeting when we reviewed comps, pricing, etc., he more than met our expectations. Seller reviewWorking with Matt has been wonderful. Matt has been in communication with me for the past two years when we first put our house up for sale with another realtor. We weren't successful in selling then house on 2020. Matt kept in touch, checking in every few months to see if we wanted to sell and to keep us informed about the changes in the market in the Rosedale Gardens area. When we finally decided to sell in 2022, Matt went right to work getting the house listed and arranging inspections and showing, etc. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was always professional, knowledgeable and prompt with his communication. We couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend Matt highly and without hesitation.

His presentation was thorough, he listened to us when we said we weren't yet ready and was very respectful. We told him when we were ready we would not consider anyone but him. Matt was very responsive and accessible. He honored commitments and followed through. When Matt could not be there for the first showing of a property we really wanted to see, he arranged for Edgar to meet us. He was excellent as well. It is clear that he is committed to his clients.
