My wife and i lost our home in Paradise campfire on 11-8-18. We foresaw the housing crisis coming and immediately made contact with a agent referred to us by a friend. After two weeks of denied offers I received a text from Maya, who i have never met. Her text read, "Hi, I am Maya Noble and I am going to help you find a house.". She was most interested in helping us actually win a offer on a home so we could start to rebuild our lives. It was a night and day difference between the agent i was working with and Maya. She was aggressive, assertive and thinking outside the box in writing offers to help us have a better chance at winning. And after over a dozen failed offers, Maya got us a home on her second offer attempt, all while still trying to protect us from overpaying, or giving to much in the way of contingencies etc. We are very thankful for Maya helping get us into a home and back to getting some normalcy in our lives.

I deal w previous brokers but agent Maya Noble exeded all expectations. I never thought that I could meet a very comprehansive, dedicated and very nice worker in a real state agency. Maya brings hope to my trust on brokers again. I gave a 100% to Maya in all aspects and my wife called her as our teal estates guardian angel. Maya was always there as needed Maya is very patient and understands our buying necessities. I will recommend Maya to family or friends

Maya Noble is a wonderful agent and great person. She made our home buying experience smooth and painless. She worked with us on our schedule and patiently show us home after home. We always brought our children along and she enjoyed their company. when we finally found the home we like, she worked so hard to make it happen.
