Megan Dohman of CENTURY 21 Scheetz

You cannot find a better realtor/broker than Megan Dohman. From the first day I contacted her, she was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to help me sell my investment condo in Bloomington. I live out of state and depended on her to assist me in getting the property ready to sell. She was amazing at finding the right people and facilitated the work that needed to be done before putting the home on the market. Megan also did a great job managing the offers I received. She was extremely effective in negotiating the sale and I couldn't be happier with the result. She is truly one of the best realtors I've ever worked with and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling property in the Bloomington area.

I would highly recommend Megan Dohman. Megan did an excellent job leading us through the sale process of our property. She priced our house well by doing a lot of research on the housing market in our area before she even put a sales plan in place. She made recommendations on ways we could make the house more marketable. Not to mention, she's a wonderful source of information who kept us informed through each step of the process. She presented information in a way that allowed us to think through our options to make an informed decision but did not try to influence our decision, and as we came to the end of one step she prepared us for the next step. Megan also has a delightful personality that makes her a jot to work with. She worked with other agents and buyers with integrity and did an excellent job negotiating with prospective buyers, all the while making sure we had a fair opportunity to consider all offers. As situations arose that needed special attention, she did a wonderful job helping us problem-solve to ensure the sale of our house continued in a forward manner. I do not regret choosing Megan Dohman and will use her again as the need arises.

Can't say enough good things about Megan… After contacting her out of the blue, she quickly answered my initial inquiries and accepted us as her clients in our search for our first home. She was always prompt and responsive regarding our questions and communicated frequently and clearly. Megan was open to showing us any home that caught our eye and worked diligently with us to find the right home in our budget. Furthermore, she was always professional and honest. We were lucky to get her as she is an exemplary realtor. On behalf of my parents, Megan was unable to show a house on a particular day/time, but she reached out to a co-worker who was able to organize a showing during the open house. Megan also recommended and lined up an excellent Century 21 realtor in Lincoln, Nebraska, for my parents who were selling their home.
