With Megan, I got the whole package. One of the best and kindest agents you will meet. When we bought our house 5 years ago she was just a realtor that came recommended. Fast forward and she is one of my best friends, our kids are growing up together AND most important she is very successful at what she does because of who she is and the commitment and care she puts into each house she sells. I've been with her while she is working and she puts so much care into every client she has, and treats you like family. I will never have enough amazing things to say about Megan!

Several years ago, my husband & I purchased a house through Megan. And although we were one of her very first clients, everything went great & we knew we'd continue to use her in the future. Fast forward to now, and we of course contacted Megan when we were ready to sell our current house & buy a new one. From the get-go, we could see how much time and effort Megan has put into honing her skills & building her knowledge over the years. SHE WAS AMAZING! She had an answer for every single question (& we had a lot of them), she knew which various inspection companies to contact (& which ones to stay away from), and she had so much insight in regards to different types of inspections we should receive. Selling our house with Megan went so smoothly & quickly. Once we began the process of finding a new one, she always quickly scheduled any showings we wanted, was honest with us when she felt like our offerings weren't competitive enough, & was able to point out anything that could be a potential issue (vs what may not have been a big deal). She also knows literally every single thing about termites and mold...what else could you want from a realtor?! Once we found the perfect house, Megan was able to suggest the excellent offer that would both benefit the sellers & us. And while we weren't able to offer as much money as another couple, our offer ended up winning due to the brilliant arangement that Megan came up with. I strongly recommend that anyone in need of buying or selling contact Megan, you'll be in great hands!
