She's driven, knowledgeable, and organized--she easily explained anything I didn't understand, was always ready to go to bat for me, and went above and beyond in making this as smooth as possible. On the few instances where she wasn't sure about something, she was back the same day with answers. When I was unsure about how much to list my home for, Megan arrived with coffee, donuts, and a folder containing all her research and advice. With her knowledge, I was able to turn a great profit that was also fair for the buyer. It was a relief knowing I was in such good hands and I'll only be going to Megan for all of my real estate needs!

Buyer reviewMegan Shultz was amazing with our first time home buying process. Especially in the market we had to look in, and only had a short time to find a home. With homes being sold 12 hours after being put on the market, she was always ready to show us a house the day it went on sale, and if she couldn't, she had someone who could. She was always ready to answer any questions we had at any time, even if she had already answered them earlier and I couldn't remember the answer. She went above and beyond, figuring out answers to questions we had that weren't even in her job description, like financing and inspection. I can't say enough good things about Megan Shultz. She was a wonderful realtor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
