She is hardworking - without being pushy - she does what "I" want and has always backed up my crazy ideas to both of our success's. She is fun, smart, and she is on it...she is my secret weapon for selling and buying...I consider her a friend. i can text her at 6 am and she is on it. She was the one who caught that the paperwork from buyers side had not gotten into loan company - which held up closing another 30 days... she was ON THEM like glue to make sure no more things just happened... she knows the area and the folks.. so that helps in deciding on what to buy and sell

Listing agent was in Pikeville and couldn't be bothered. Needed a local to help me find the place... google maps was unable to find the address. Coldwell is too impersonal, and i liked having a name when I called. Meg was outstanding from start to finish.
