I love staying active and hosting as well as attending work out classes, finding adventures around Michigan and spending as much time as I can with my family. Real Estate is my passion. I have loved growing and learning to help others. I am strongly interested in people, and how to make dreams reality. I believe in listening and being creative to work together. I truly love old homes. I appreciate the charm of an old 100(+) year old home, and also have grown to love the new concepts in new builds. I would say my favorite types of homes are either Old Farmhouses with quirky layouts or Mid-Century Modern homes.

I'm licensed in the state of Michigan and have vast knowledge of anywhere within an hour radius of Grand Rapids. When I am not serving my clients, I'm spending time with my husband, 2 young girls and our old man of a yellow lab. We had the BEST experience with Megan. We did not have a "smooth" situation but she overcame every obstacle that came our way! I have no idea how we would have sold our house with our Megan Tefft! You need to have an option for less than a week on the market :) I feel like we are cheating Megan when I say it took "up to two weeks" when we had offers in a few days

Megan did a great job speaking up for us and making sure our needs were communicated to the developer and was extremely diligent in following up to drive progress. Also she was prompt in setting up walkthroughs to not miss any opportunities. Lastly she was very patient and understanding, giving us time to find the right solution for us and offering helpful suggestions along the way. The only thing that would have made this experience better is if Megan were to have somehow prevented the pandemic which have lead to delays and material shortages during our build.

Knowledgeable, flexible, fun and willing to fight for you to get you into your home. I was a first time home buyer, during a pandemic...I had ALL the questions. Megan was so understanding, knowledgeable and helped ease the stress throughout the entire process.
