Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, we can't recommend Melanie Bradberry enough! She is a woman of great character and truly amazing at her job. Melanie was able to schedule two showings for us the day the homes went on the market. Once we decided to make an offer, she kept us informed every step of the way. If we had any questions she was available at pretty much any hour of the day. She has no office hours. If there was something to sign at 8 PM, we signed it. She kept in contact with us during the periods of waiting just to let us know everything was still moving along. Melanie also handled the lender when our file wasn't proceeding in a timely manner and had passed our original close date. There is no way we could have gone through this process without her. Another agent could have walked us through this, but Melanie carried us.
