My career was launched in 2005 on the beautiful Outer Banks NC, relocating back to roots of Hampton Roads VA in 2014. I am knowledgeable of Hampton Roads and Eastern NC, licensed in both states. In addition to home sales I am also an instructor of Pre Licensing Real Estate course for Churchland Academy of Real Estate, CARE.

Melinda was knowledgeable of the area and very knowledgeable of other services needed and very helpful with the information. Because it was a short sale and the time that it took, I think that she went above and beyond to allow access to the home to try and move things along quickly for me. I would recommend Melinda because I am an A personality type person and very aggressive. she did not lose her cool. After the closing she checked on us and is still helpful with information.
