Melissa was my saving grace! I'm new to town and she was instantly reassuring and kind to me. The first house I looked at my vehicle got stuck in the snow and she didn't hesitate to help me get me out of the snow. She actually got on the ground and was shoveling snow out from under my car!! I knew right then and there I was going to hire her!! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and protective of her clients. She brought my anxiety down when I couldn't find the right house. She went above and beyond to help me! She is beyond AWESOME! I will only use her and only refer her to anyone. I moved from IN and had only used one agent with Century 21 over a 19 year period of time. Once again Century 21 has come through for me and my family. Thank you Melissa for everything!
