Buyer reviewFirst time home-buying experience went extraordinarily well due to the immense amount of help from our Realtor Melissa Daugherty. We were searching for a home on the Kenai Peninsula with no luck and appreciated Melissa's guidance when we asked for her help. Melissa cares about her clients, not just getting a sale, and that alone sets her apart. She truly is only concerned with your protection and overall happiness in the long term. Additionally, timeliness is important and Melissa is top notch when keeping her clients in the loop and answering all questions/concerns day or night. The pressure of home buying is completely eliminated, as mentioned she is here for her clients and she is the voice of reason in a sea of bad investments. I would highly recommend Melissa to any client, you cannot find a more honest individual in the industry.

She went far more than 'the extra mile' to assist us; we live very remote to the area of the home we purchased and are unable to fly to the area in normal daytime hours. Melissa picked us up at the airport, drove many miles to show us the home (and other homes), helped us schedule airplane flights, contact the owner of the neighboring acreage and negotiate a sale of additional acres with our house, worked very late hours to get our late evening offer submitted before we had to return to our home village, was always available on the phone to discuss questions and needs, and quickly, accurately and efficiently took care of all the legalities and paperwork. This home sale would have been extremely difficult for us to take care of from our village. Melissa not only made it happen, she made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Melissa!

I insisted on using Melissa because she is amazing. She is one of the most kindest and honest people I know. Seller reviewFor one thing I knew the Merkes family since 1975, I bought this lot through Grace and was friends with Leon with who I enjoyed many cups of coffee at the scout Lake Inn. I had several dealings with Leon & Grace which was always positive and enjoyable. The family was honest and very hard-working and was a great asset to the Sterling and Soldotna area. It is obvious that Melissa has inherited the same traits
