Melissa could not have done a better job as my realtor. She is very responsive, and knowledgeable. She also went above and beyond many times during my home buying experience with issues that we ran into along the way. I would 100% recommended Melissa to anyone that is looking for a realtor.

We didn't pick Century 21 originally, it was the listed agent for seeing a different house we contacted through Zillow, but we got a very quick response from the office who let us know our assigned agent would be contacting us ASAP to set up a showing for a few houses. We were SUPER lucky to have gotten Melissa Lease! We truly loved working with her. Over the last few years of house hunting and at least 6 different realtors, she has BY FAR been the best one I've had the pleasure of working with. She is truly a credit to the C21 Team! Her knowledge of the area, her outgoing personality, the buying and selling processes, everything. We felt very comfortable with her, and ended up putting an offer in hours after seeing the house originally! She even helped us see the house multiple times to get our families input before the final closing. She was super patient with us as this is our first time buying a home, so I had a ton of questions about the process and what to expect. She answered all of them, and helped facilitate things with my closing agent(s) (and the headache that that was!), and made sure everything was smooth sailing. We have already recommended her to friends! Shes even texted us to see how the first week after closing has gone, with some of the minor projects we needed to do, and how things were going. When we started our search we were living in another state. Melissa Lease was assigned to us to show a property that was listed on Zillow. Her great personality and responsiveness lead us to working with her for the remainder of our search and we are so glad that we did. When we moved back to Berks we were searching amid a pandemic and all the restrictions that went with it. Melissa was incredibly accommodating taking us to numerous last minute showings (sometimes more than once). She communicated effectively and was very receptive to what we wanted as buyers. Her knowledge of the area and considerations to each property were spot on including considerations for location, traffic, taxes, local ordinances. We spent a lot of time with Melissa and she was always very friendly and polite (at one point she even left a card to thank the sellers for squeezing in an extra showing). Despite a tough market Melissa kept us optimistic and we finally landed our dream home with a competitive offer. Her insight was invaluable and her friendly demeanor made home buying more than bearable. We would strongly recommend Melissa to anyone seeking an agent now or in the future.

Melissa since of humor, caring personality and knowledge truly caught my attention. She was on top of everything. She responded to my text in less than a minute but most of the time she answered immediately. She was very reliable patient and kind... She understood my needs and knew what I was feeling before I even said anything... I would recommend Melissa Lease to help with purchasing or buying a home because she is patient responsible reliable dependable and has a great since of humor.. She really cares and will do everything in her power to make sure you see the property and purchase or sell it... I've never met anyone like her... Very pleased buyer!

Overall very pleased with Melissa's support during the property search and closing. Melissa always kept me very well informed by texts and email.

She is a wonderful woman in understanding our requirements and have lots of patience in hearing our concerns. We really liked her attitude and the way she responds. I believe she is the best and thank god that luckily we have worked with Melissa!! Her negotiations skills were awesome!!
