Even after closing she made sure everything was perfect for us. She worked super hard for us understanding our situation living in a camper due to Hurricane Michael. She is an amazing woman sweet and bubbly. Y'all have A GREAT AGENT ON YOUR TEAM! 100% professional! My husband and I were more than pleased with everything Melissa has done for us I will definitely recommend Melissa to anyone! High praises go to my super Anget Melissa! She explained all the prospective buyers' offers to me, and rightfully advised me to not pursue my first choice of a full-price cash offer due to the buyer not being able to provide proof of funding. She was extremely knowledgeable about the sales process and did a particularly good job of keeping me informed about the status of the sale. She was absolutely great to work with and made the sale of my house a low-stress and surprisingly easy experience. I highly recommend her.

She made phone calls and arrangements that we had previously had to do ourselves (with other realtors). With us being new to the area, she was very helpful in descriptions of areas and researching properties outside her own sphere of knowledge. I believe this has been an experience and learning opportunity for both sides since we had her looking for a very unique property with "man-cave" requirements.
