We have worked with Melody over the last 5-6 years. We vacillated from renting to buying. Anytime we saw a place we were interested in we would call Melody and she always found time for us to see it. We recently started actively searching again and we told Melody we were in a position to buy a place. We told Melody about a place in Rancho Ventura and we really wanted it because it had a garage, RV parking, we would own the land, and it had a huge green belt. Melody drew up a great offer and the other realtor declined our offer. It was frustrating, but Melody encouraged us to keep looking. Melody showed us a place in Ventura Marina Mobile Home Park. She said she realized it does not have all the amenities we wanted, but it had location, location, location. To my surprise, Sherrie loved the place and so did I. Melody made it happen! The process was so streamlined and Melody helped us every step of the way! She negotiated a great price and we are now proud owners!

I consider this sale a complicated one. Melody guided me through several obstacles throughout the sale. She was extremely knowledgeable at every turn and was in constant communication with me.
