Seller reviewWe met Melvina about eight years ago when she helped our daughter buy her house. She worked very hard to make the deal go through. Since then we have kept in touch. When it came time to sell our property, it was an easy choice to pick Melvina as our agent. Before she advertised the condo we met with Melvina and her husband, Tom, at the site. They had some excellent suggestions that they thought would make it sell fast. We made these improvements and once it was ready, it sold within a few days and for full price. She worked great with the buyers agent. The escrow closed in less than thirty days. Melvina has excellent negotiating skills and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a property.

Seller reviewMelvina was always available via text, email or phone call. She often came to our house to discuss matters in relation to the house and we only had to go into the office once. That made it very convenient for us. Melvina respected what we wanted from our home and gave her opinion when we asked for it. She was able to negotiate everything we wanted/didn't want and was very straight forward with the buyers agent. She doesn't mess around and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Melvina is friendly and always has a smile on her face and something nice to say. Anyone would be fortunate to have her as their agent.
