My whole life I have been working in customer service. I truly believe in going the extra mile for my clients. When I was in the auto industry, we had a saying, sales will sell you the first car, but service will sell you the second, third, and fourth car.. Service is where my heart is and I enjoy helping families achieve the American dream of home ownership. I grew up on the Eastside and have lived every where from Eastpointe where I bought my first home, to Oakland Twp where I currently reside with my family. He gave me advice about a basement company who was able to fix my basement so we could sell the house. Mike worked side by by side with my son Craig.to resolve many repair issues with my house without making an 82 year old lady nervous. My son Craig was thankful to have Mike there to help him. It was not Mikes fault how long it took. We spent a year re-doing the house. Then holidays and COVID came along. Mike was the most patient and helpful person and never let us give up hope during all our struggles. We are forever grateful to Mike Conniff No one I could image other than Mike putting up with all our problems and yet still encouraging us. Mike Conniff made this a memorable and thankfully successful experience.
