After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award for sales production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the document process and even helped us out with assistance on the online computer forms .He was kind and very informative about procedures. He was prompt with appointments and showed us multiple houses before we found our forever home. He is handling our 2 homes for sale and our recently purchased home and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is buying or selling property. This is truely our dream home and he made it a beautiful reality for us!

I'm probably a little bias, but I think you succeed as a realtor when you put the client first. Mike did that for me and helped me over the past year. Finding a home during the pandemic was tough, but in the end it all worked out. I'm excited to see what his plans are for the future at Century 21.
