After serving in the building industry in lower Michigan for 17 years, Michael and his family moved to Traverse City in 2000. Michael and Chimene, along with their three boys, love Northern Michigan and especially love to call Traverse City their home. Since moving here, Michael has continued to work closely with architects, builders and homeowners in Northern Michigan to identify their needs in the building process, and he worked diligently to see that those desires and needs were completely satisfied. Those that know Michael acknowledge that he is passionate, attentive to detail, hardworking, and honest. Buyer reviewIf you're looking for someone who cares, understands how to listen to your needs, isn't pushy and has endless patience look no further. We were on nearly a 4month house search, mainly due to the wait it took to sell our home downstate first. Michael was helpful and considerate as we negotiated that process while keeping us informed of listings in the TC area. Never once did we feel like we were burdening him, he did a wonderful job helping us find our home. We couldn't be happier with Michael's help and consideration for our needs throughout the process. We must have seen 30 homes until we found ours, it was well worth the wait and Michael was there every step of the way.
