I had been dealing with another broker prior to Michael and wasn't satisfied with how he was handling things. I met with Michael and he took charge, did his homework, knew the area & comps & I was immediately impressed! He did not let me down through the entire process. Michael was professional & communicative from beginning to end. I wish he could have done the other end (buying my new home in Delaware). He did refer a terrific fellow Century 21 agent in the area which was great!

Michael Kalagassy is the best realtor out there in our opinion. We HIGHLY recommend Michael is you are selling, buying or both. We used Michael for our first purchase and used him again for our recent sale and purchase. Michael has a great team behind him from his office to the photographer, various inspectors you'll need and attorneys. He also has a background as contractor which comes in really handy when you're walking through a house for possible issues, fixes, etc.. He is also really knowledgeable in HVAC, septic, water systems, etc.. He's honest, patient, and doesn't push you on any one sale, he wants you to find the house that is right for you. With our recent sale he listened to our input, gave his, agreed on a sales price and the house sold in 1 day for OVER asking. Everything moves along smoothly with Michael and his team, he picks up every call, handles all correspondences between parties, waits for inspections, show you as many houses or the same house as many times as you'd like to see it. To sum it up he defines customer service and is a true real estate professional, I wouldn't use anyone else in any real estate transaction!
