Buyer reviewFrom the first time Mike Cadogan contacted us, he impressed us with his honesty, knowledge, forthcoming, understanding and his passion for the business. Our impression was that he was genuinely interested in helping us move in the right direction and took the time to provide extra details about each house he referred us too. It was above and beyond what we had experienced with other brokers and helped us make our decision after our first meeting to use Mike and Century 21 exclusively. We can't say enough how Mikes extensive knowledge of the process of buying a house from start to finish were key to our trust in him and our establishing a relationship where we were comfortable with his recommendations and guidance through this whole process. We would be hard pressed to find an broker who put more into helping us find the right house and guiding us through the buying process, Mike kept us informed, up to date and stayed on top of every part of the process. We have already recommended him to others and if we find ourselves in the market again we will without hesitation use him again.
