Buyer reviewI would definitely work with Mike again when looking for property in the western half of Dane County, particularly within a 15-mile radius of Cross Plains. I particularly like: 1. the email notifications Mike's firm sends to buyer clients. The parameters of the properties are customizable, and allowed me to learn of the property I eventually purchased in a timely manner. Timely notifications are important because, even though I submitted my offer within three days of the property's listing, I was competing with two other parties that also submitted offers on the property. Timely electronic notification of properties that come onto the market combined with the buyer's knowledge of what represents value in the local real estate market are keys to a buyer's informed and efficacious action. 2. Mike's responsiveness to all of my communications.
