Buyer reviewMichael Wendland is amazing! He has helped my family and many of my friends in their successful home purchases! He was recommended to us years ago at a time when we had not yet established the credit to purchase a home. Michael still took the time though to meet with us and show us a home so that we could see what the future had in store. He shared his wisdom, and friendship, and ultimately referred us to a lender who was just as great as he and with the two of them, my husband and I were able to get our credit back on track to purchasing a home! After a long home search in this years tough market we decided to build. You can only imagine the stress! Along with that we were also planning our wedding! Michael was right there along side us - offering his help. We can't thank him enough for that and the times he drove in snow storms, stayed up late, dealt with our rants, or got outbid on not 1 but 7 offers! Here we finally are a long 3 years after this all started sitting in our beautiful home with our 4 children - thankful. Thankful for this life but also thankful for Michael, and his friendship and business! As promised we will be back to give you some grey hair, in the meantime we would gladly refer EVERYONE we know to do that job for us! Thank you Michael! You're the BEST!

Buyer reviewI was impressed with Michael's overall knowledge of the area, communities & properties available, as well as his detailed 'feel' of what was going on in the market. Michael has definitely done his homework in this area and I very much appreciated his input along the way as I worked towards my making my decision on where to purchase my new home. Professional, friendly, approachable, patient & understanding - Michael is all of these things but most important to me he is his genuine & honest character. If he did not know the answers to my questions he would find out. But he most always already knew the answers! When things got tough - and they did - Michael was sensitive to my frustrations with the building process as he worked to communicate clearly with the builder addressing concerns and issues and making corrections as needed along the way. Michael did a great job & I am very happy with my new house!
