We moved here with my husband's work from NC and knew nothing about the area. We drove by a rental, as our house had not sold yet, saw Michele's information on the sign and called her. She came to meet us within the hour, after completing another appointment, and we instantly liked her. She was very sweet, very interested in finding out what our needs were, and proceeded to show us the house. The rental was too small for us, but Michele set up appointments for us to see other rentals, but our house went under contract and we were interested in buying. Michele showed us things in our price range, sent me updated listings daily, and when we found a house, she stayed with us every step of the way, even when we had set backs on the sale of our NC house, she stood by us, encouraging us and being a friend throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale a house, because she really cares about her clients and goes out of her way to help them. She is always available to help with questions or concerns; we know she had other clients, but we always felt like a priority to her. She was always patient and so willing to reach out to make inquiries on our behalf when we had difficulties in closing on our NC home. My husband and I both think so highly of Michele and consider her a friend! She has helped make our transition to MD much easier and we are grateful! Michele is extremely professional, efficient, organized, and always ready for the next step in your real estate purchase from beginning to end. We felt in such capable hands and never worried that everything would not be handled expertly. Having such a great knowledge of the area, she also helped ease our anxieties about relocating.
