Seller reviewIt was only natural to contact Michele Ivener as she sold my father-in-law's house for us in 2011 and she understands people. She not only put up with my 'hissy' fits when our 2820 house did not sell in the late fall and dead of winter, but also she took time out to console me and validate my feelings. Selling real estate is mostly about knowing how to deal with people and we are all different. Michele does her best to know about her clients as people. Michele had great rapport with the buyer's agent and reported back to us each time negotiations took place. We were always in the loop. Thanks, Michele. It was a very stressful ordeal at our age, but without Michele's knowledge and guidance, it would not be possible for us. She was worth every penny and we told her that already. She also found us our present townhome at Lakeport View. She was there for us on that one as well. Life is good when Michele Ivener is working for you and with you. :)
