Michele is simply put, the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with! Michele Michael was referred to us through the Navy Federal Realty plus program when we bought our home 5 years ago. She was fantastic then and she was phenomenal now for the sale of this same property. There was no question that we would request her services for this sale. Any other realtor will have high expectations to meet after working with Michele. We will miss her personally very much!

Michele was and will always be my go to realtor. When we found the house that we wanted, another couple wanted the house too. So of course a bidding war took place. Michele not only negotiated excellent, but she is fair. (hint hint; you need her as a sales realtor too.) I am the type that doesn't want anyone to sugar coat things and make everything seem like everything will go smoothly just to get my hopes up to be let down. I love her open communicational approach with the whole process from bidding, counter offers, inspections, you name it! In the end my husband and I won the bid without really going that much over the original price asked. Then we got hit with another bomb in the mist of closing. Covid-19 hit and my job was placed on hold with no pay until further notice. So, you know what kind of stresses hit us through the process. Michele didn't run for the hills, but she worked with the sales realtor to persuade the owners not to put the house back on the market confirming that we still wanted the house, but yet being honest with the owners. She spoke for us and about us in such a well manner way that the owners decided to wait on us instead of putting the house back on the market. Michele sets an incomparable bar for any other realtor out there in Maryland and I did my homework on multiple realtors and even talked/ low-keyed interviewed them lol to see who was a better fit for my family. Michele is OUTSTANDING and I am so happy that I went with her!!!! Now, we are in our new home that we love, closing was stressful not because of Michele, but because of the unforeseen things like covid and not knowing how everything would turn out. But what can I say we made it through with Michele and got what we wanted with bonuses on top, we got money back at closing instead of dishing out money, low interest rate, and the icing on the cake our house was appraised at approximately $30,000-$40,000 more than we paid! Michele was very patient as we took over a year to purchase from initially meeting her. She kept checking in with us, and was ready to go immediately when we were ready to start looking again. I can express enough how easy Michele made our home purchase. As we were looking she was able to anticipate answers to questions we had almost immediately. From early negotiations to coordinating the numerous steps along the way, everything moved smoothly despite a very tight timeline. Her network of service providers was extremely helpful. And her attention to detail gave me great confidence, knowing every detail had been thoroughly reviewed.
