We didn't have an agent at the time but we were looking for someone to help us find our next home. Each time we viewed a home that wasn't quite right she would ask us questions to understand what exactly we were wanting in our forever home. We had a pretty short escrow and Michella coordinated every aspect for us, worked well with the sellers agent and kept us on the right track.
