My family was in a crunch situation where we had only 30 days to exit our rental house as it was being sold and Michelle got straight to work as soon as I contacted her! Within 2 days I was looking at houses. She worked tirelessly day and night to find us our perfect home in a short period of time and in this extremely competitive market no less. She kept us updated as we moved through each part of the process and also provided emotional support when I stressed and thought we wouldn't find a house in time. If you need a home and someone that knows what they are doing and gets straight to the point, Michelle is your girl! As stated earlier, she was fantastic to work with, I highly recommend her! Seller reviewOur overall experience with Michelle was 5 star. She was professional and very knowledgeable about selling prices and the market in our area. We were concerned about listing our home and showing it, because we have 5 young kids. Michelle worked with us and was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. We went away for a weekend while she listed and held an open house. Thanks to her knowledge and great selling skills, she was able to get our home under contract and at asking price before we even arrived home that weekend. For the rest of the time before closing, she always had great communication, kept us informed throughout the entire process, was able to answer every question, and payed attention to every detail in the closing documents to ensure they were correct. I've heard nightmares about selling a home, but Michelle made it so easy and smooth that it was almost hard to believe. Thank you Michelle for everything!
