BEST AGENT EVER! I regularly receive agent referrals through Veterans United when I purchase and sell properties. Unfortunately, when I was ready to purchase another property in Pinellas county my first referral did not work out. It was very difficult reaching that agent and getting return calls. I contacted Veterans United to ask for a new agent and within that day Michelle Garcia contacted me. We set up a plan and immediately began looking at properties. Within a few weeks I had purchased a property in Tarpon Springs. Just over a year later, I needed to sell that property and Michelle was the only agent I contacted. Since Michelle made the process of purchasing that property very easy I knew I wanted Michelle as my agent in selling the property. We sold the property per our plan! Note: given the fact the she is very busy with many other clients it is amazing I always feel like I am her only client. I will continue working with Michelle on acquiring and selling properties!

Wow, we really lucked out when Michelle Garcia, Century 21, called us one afternoon to help with our search for a dream. From the beginning all the way to the end was quite a ride. I hope I can return the favor some day... recommend, recommend, recommend. I am a retired military guy... We were looking for a dream retirement home in Florida... I am currently a resident of Michigan... Unfortunately, I found we could not afford the prices of the homes which met all our desires, don't we all. If she couldn't talk to me then, she would call me to tell me when she could talk to me. She was kind, considerate, funny, joyful, she is as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. Her patients with me was stellar. She never push, but told me when my immediate activity was essential. Her knowledge was critical. She would advise me on what red flags were ahead on a particular property. She didn't push either way, it was clear I would have to make the decision with the information she provided. Michelle, in the end, worked with me to secure and close a home in a retirement community, ON a golf course, where I owned the property with minimal HOA fees... actually below budget! She treated me kindly like I was her only client. What a great person; a special woman; a fantastic professional. I will miss our interactions... I have been a professional now for fifty years... on my way out the door... Michelle Garcia has captured my admiration and appreciation. What she has in professionalism and customer service far surpasses what the industry could teach; as they say in sports, she is "it". I wish her the best, it is obvious God blesses her, I look forward to bumping into her one day in Florida... Whuuu Huuuu.
