I had tried C21 previously and that greasy prick dumped every appt. I had no intent of working with C21 ever again. Also none of your website people ever contacted me. She was the contact on your website, so I called and complained. She was patient, she worked hard over a year+, she helped me out in so many ways. You're lucky to have her, with out her I wouldn't touch C21 with a 20 ft. pole. She was patient, hard working. She fought to get me what I needed. She went to bat against scum sucking bottom feeders who wanted to screw me over. There was so much she did and much of it she went out of her way to do. If you want: A person to get you a good deal. Someone who listens to your needs. Who will fight for her client. Works way, way hard to get you what you need. Will stick by you till you're happy. Has the connections to put you fully on track. This is the person you want. I ain't the one to suck up, in fact I was skeptical at first (See above reason.) She is one of, if not the, best ever.

I know Michelle personally and followed her success on social media. I was impressed with her approach to selling homes and I also trusted her to listen to our needs and to follow through with what she promised. And she did! We always felt that Michelle was working for us and with us to sell our home! I would definitely use her again! Any time we needed to communicate with Michelle she was there for us! Michelle provided us with high quality professional service; always treated us with respect and kindness and also treated us as a member of her family!
