Seller reviewMichelle was excellent in every aspect of sale process. Michelle even went above what she was required to do. When Salvation Army could not pick up as scheduled, Michelle used her own vehicle and her own time to take our donations down to them, which was a very big help so we could get the home cleaned out in time for closing. As she said anything I can do to help, she really ment it. My wife and I would highly recommend her and Smith-Hourigan Group Real Estate.
