We met Michelle Soter at a showing and we instantly knew she was the perfect match for us. She made us feel so comfortable, welcomed and appreciated. From calming a sometimes nervous buyer to taking care of all of the details, she handled each situation with the upmost professionalism, encouragement and support that was/is second to none. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. In one particular situation we made a mistake in ordering the wrong type of inspection, completely our fault. When we called to reschedule the company was booked and we possibly would not have made our inspection deadline. Upon hearing this news, Michelle sprung into action by calling the company, explaining the situation, made arrangements for the company to come back the next morning. Not only did she make the arrangements for the new inspection she also drove to our house from a neighboring town, picked up a check for the inspection AND personally delivered it very early the next morning to the inspection company to assure everything when at planned.....simply amazing. If someone would have asked us before we started our new home search to describe the agent we were looking for, we would have explained Michelle. 100% Michelle. We can not recommend Michelle highly enough. She will be your partner from start to finish, always putting your needs ahead of hers. Always being there in time of need. Always making sure you are taken care of, no matter the situation. We were so impressed with Michelle we asked her to sell our first home. We would not want anyone else to list our home, to represent us. It truly is a pleasure working with her. . I contacted Michelle Soter after seeing a property on Google. She scheduled an appointment for the NEXT day. She was early to the site and engaging. She seemed genuinely interested in finding a suitable property for me ie a GOOD match, not just eager to "make a sale". Asked intelligent questions to determine my needs and was insightful . Very professional in the exacting way she handled the earnest money so that it all came together well. Was assertive in helping me negotiate the asking price and her style agreed with mine: "keep it "clean" and simple and fair". As a result the sellers actually accepted my offer even though the other offer was higher than mine but much more complicated. I was glad I hadn't complicated my offer with additional requests. Although professional at all times, she made the process FUN.. Michelle has a great sense of humor and sensitivity. I would welcome the opportunity to recommend her to my friends.
