Buyer reviewI highly recommend working with Michelle Sutch! Her communication skills, extensive knowledge, and kind demeanor make her wonderful to work with. I was looking to make my first home purchase and she was so patient and understanding with me throughout the whole process. Michelle has an eye for detail and handled all contracts with great care. I put in offers to four other homes and Michelle never gave up. She was an integral part of getting my last offer accepted. I was amazed at how she was willing to go above and beyond for me. She is knowledgable, diligent, patient, and thoughtful. I knew I was in good hands with Michelle and I was so happy with her services.

Seller reviewSelling a house after being there for 21 years was extremely hard. I had no idea how to start or what to do. Michelle helped me get through the process and made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. They did such a great job that I got an offer the same weekend of the open house. I just had to pack up my house and she did the rest! It was a great experience and Michelle was great to work with. I would recommend her and her co broker Allison. They were outstanding!

I would recommend Michelle Sutch because she really understood what I wanted in a house and consistently showed me houses that reflected that. She also made sure to send me newly listed houses right as they were listed. Michelle made sure that I understood what was going on every step of the way and was fully invested into helping me find my house. Michelle was so well suited for me and was exactly the right realtor for me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!
