Mick and Wanda were honest and straightforward and helped me get this done after having been with another agent. They were sensitive to my priorities and got it done. I got a little less than I hoped but it went quickly and smoothly and met my real needs. Mick and Wanda are an excellent team and I felt they were really working for me. We met Mick by happenstance. We had searched extensively online for homes, and found ourselves driving near Carmel, where we knew we wanted to live. We called the number on a yard sign, and Mick was in the neighborhood within 15 minutes on a Friday night. He had been up on a ladder painting, yet he dropped everything to attend to us. His personal attention to our needs is why we selected him. His associate, Wanda, as well as all the office staff, helped us out immensely, even though it wasn't her/their sale. Mick far exceeded all our expectations. This was our 8th home purchase, so we knew what we wanted, and how it all works, and Mick was far superior to all we have worked with previously. Mick Scheetz was a class act from the moment we called his number, to the day we closed. He went above and beyond all expectations and took care of us as persons, not just clients. We were relocating from Minnesota to Indiana, and he went so far as to take pictures of my house as it was being built and sent them to me via email so I could see the progress. He smoothed over issues between the builder and us, gave us local recommendations for churches, restaurants, schools, businesses, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Mick or his staff. He is an amazing businessman and person and I highly recommend his real estate office.

We placed our home on the market during the cold of winter knowing that an offer may not come very quickly because the number of buyers would be low. Additionally, the home was an older tri-level home, which fewer people were interested in visiting. As time progressed and the home had visitors, their comments were filtered, and relevant and pertinent suggestions as to price changes and other potential enhancements were offered by Mick Scheetz and Wanda. The house did sell, and working with the Mick Scheetz team was instrumental in making the sale and particularly, in arranging a very timely closing so that we avoided an additional mortgage payment on the house. We relied on Mick and Wanda to deal with the various details while the home was on the market (contacting contractors, getting additional feedback from agents and visitors) but the frosting on the cake was in managing and arranging the closing. The regular, and timely feedback, discussions, suggestions and recommendations by Mick Scheetz are what kept us encouraged and keep new interest in the home for the sale.
