Seller reviewShe was wonderful and to help us complete the sale she was our absentee owner in helping to get some required work done when we lived out of state. She was wonderful through the whole process. House sold immediately for full price but did not close for 3 months because of some septic/ sewer work that had to be completed. Both the broker and the buyer hung in there. This was an estate sale. It was very positive.
